Code of Ethics

CoreWorth Holdings, LLC and its affiliates encourage all employees to act ethically and in a professional manner at all times. We expect that our employees will perform their duties with honesty, integrity, and conscientiously in accordance with the best interest of the company.
  • We expect all employees to abide by the law and not partake in illegal activities or business dealings.
  • The company does not condone unethical business practices by its employees, vendors, or customers.
  • Drinking, drug use, gambling, fighting, swearing, or acts of violence while on the job are strictly prohibited.
  • All employees should refrain from any acts of sexual harassment or actions and language that could be interpreted as sexual harassment while on the job or representing the company.
  • Employees should not engage in activities that are a conflict of interest with the company or their job duties/responsibilities.
  • All customer, vendor, and employee information must be kept confidential.
  • The company does not support the use of child labor or human trafficking. Any business activities of vendors or business acquaintances partaking in such activities will be immediately terminated.
  • Although the company is not mandated or regulated by Section 1502 of the Dodd Frank Act and Consumer Protection Act, the company does not support the use of conflict minerals from the DRC or adjoining countries. We take very seriously the illegal use of profits that are related to labor abuse, human rights violations or contribute to degradation of the environment.
  • Employees should always put safety first and follow all company safety guidelines and requirements.
  • We will treat others like we want to be treated.
